Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Western Province, Sri Lanka, for a Human Resources Intern. The role involves assisting the HR team with recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and managing personnel records. The intern will also contribute to the development and execution of various HR initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Skills in HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits management
- Experience or interest in Personnel Management and related administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
- A degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
