We’re seeking a senior-skill-level Full Stack Developer to support a web application, partnering closely with Mar-tech teams in an Agile Scrum environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for engineers who can contribute immediately through high-quality coding, strong testing discipline, and modern development practices (including AI-assisted development).
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Build and enhance features for a web application, collaborating with Mar-tech stakeholders and engineers.
- Contribute as a core member of an ~8-person Agile Scrum squad, participating in grooming/refinement and sprint ceremonies.
- Write production-ready code (including AI-assisted workflows where appropriate) and deliver unit tests to maintain reliability and speed of delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Senior-level engineering capability (years of experience not a hard requirement, but must be senior in skill level).
- Strong, hands-on experience with:
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- SQL (specifically Postgres on RDS or Aurora)
- AWS Lambda (serverless compute)
Nice-to-Have (Plusses)
- Experience working on Agile teams.
- “Automation-first” mindset (testing, CI/CD, quality gates, repeatable delivery).
- “AI-forward” approach to development (using AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and test creation responsibly).
- Mar-tech domain familiarity.
