Job Purpose
Responsible for data import, processing, analysis, modeling, and presentation to identify opportunities and improvements. Delivers analytics, dashboards, and reports for strategic decisions and manages operational data requests. Gathers and evaluates numerical, verbal, and other data, mining from primary and secondary sources, and reorganizes it for human or machine readability.
The Job:
- Summarize research findings in a way that's easy for the business to understand.
- Use simple methods to identify and solve problems in operations and relationships.
- Suggest needed resources and work with relevant people.
- Support and maintain continuous reporting of business KPIs.
- Make necessary updates and fixes to systems.
- Continuously track and monitor the performance of decision systems and statistical models.
- Communicate and collaborate with business experts.
- Lead efforts for ongoing analytics developments.
- Create experiments to test different scenarios AB testing (campaigns).
- Track and report on model performance ( proposing improvements)
- Measure the impact and return on investment and find ways to optimize further.
- Offer guidance to ensure consistent growth and excellent execution in the division/business unit.
- Run campaigns with different teams and measure their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support new projects and campaigns.
The Person :
- BSc in IT/ Computer Science/ AI /Data science / statistics, software engineering, economics and business for related field.
- Passionate about creating value through scientific methods and data analysis
- Tolerance for ambiguity and openness to feedback from design, strategy and other disciplines
- 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
