We are seeking a Data Analyst to support corporate real estate data initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, optimize workflows, and enhance business systems and data processes.
- Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Leadership, Business Strategy, Planning, Performance, Commercial Transactions, Projects, Operations, and IT teams to optimize workflows and data processes.
- Analyze and improve data flows, business systems, and overall data foundation.
- Maintain and enhance corporate real estate data assets, including Location Master Data.
- Improve data quality, reliability, and integrity within systems such as Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
- Identify data issues and implement solutions to ensure accurate and consistent data across platforms.
- Support data governance and standardization efforts across the organization .
- Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:Experience as a Data Analyst with strong data management and analysis skills.
- Experience working with enterprise data systems and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data integrity, and data validation techniques.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar tools).
