Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
3. Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement designs
4. Conduct basic user research and usability testing
5. Improve existing designs based on feedback and data
6. Maintain consistency with brand and design guidelines

Requirements

1. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking
2. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
3. Strong attention to detail and creativity
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
6. Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or personal projects accepted)

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
2. Understanding of responsive design
3. Experience with design systems
