Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Software Engineer at our Jaffna office. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, focusing on back-end web development and programming. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing efficient and scalable code, debugging and testing software, and optimizing system performance. The role requires an individual who is eager to learn and passionate about building innovative FinTech solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience in frameworks and relevant technologies.
- Expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Ability to debug, test, and optimize software for reliability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset in team environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with FinTech platforms or financial domain experience is a plus.
