💡 About the Role
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Associate Software Engineers.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or aspiring developers to gain real-world experience by working on live software projects, collaborating with experienced engineers, and building modern applications.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and maintaining web/mobile applications
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Debug, test, and improve application performance
• Support backend development and API integration
• Collaborate with team members in an agile environment
🎯 Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Software Development principles
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java / C# / JavaScript) - must
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Solid understanding in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• SQL & Database Design (MySQL / PostgreSQL) - must
• 1-2 years of Experience with any framework (Spring Boot / .NET / Node.js / React) or 6 months internship experience acceptable with atleast 2-3 fullstack projects.
• Understanding of Clean Code & Coding Best Practices
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands
Good communication & teamwork ski
☁️ DevOps & Cloud (Plus Point)
• Familiarity with Docker (containerization)
• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, deployment concepts)
• Understanding of CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
