What You'll Do:

  • Project Leadership: You will contribute to project planning, task breakdowns, and resource allocation. You'll be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring the project stays on track and is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: You'll act as a key point of contact for project-related matters, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, managing changes efficiently, and clearly communicating the impact of decisions.
  • Team Guidance: You'll act as a mentor and guide to our internal development teams, providing the necessary leadership, support, and clarity to help them build the best possible solutions. You will be a key player in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Customer Advocacy: You'll act as the "customer" to internal teams, ensuring the final product meets and exceeds the expectations of our global clientele, particularly within the HR domain.
  • Requirements & Analysis: Along with the Business Analyst, you'll engage with stakeholders and clients to deeply understand their needs, and then translate these into clear, detailed software requirements, specifications, and user stories.


What You Bring:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in project management, with a strong understanding of waterfall/agile/hybrid methodologies.
  • A CSM or other project management certification would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A strong analytical mindset and proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • The willingness to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for technology.
  • Experience working with global clients, particularly in the HR domain, is a significant advantage.
