Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a WordPress Developer based in Jaffna. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. Day-to-day tasks include creating responsive web designs, enhancing front-end functionalities, ensuring back-end optimization, and troubleshooting issues to improve user experience. Collaboration with the design and content teams will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Web Development
- Strong foundation in Web Design principles and visual aesthetics
- Experience working with WordPress plugin development and customization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred
