Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a System Engineer. The System Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems to meet the needs of clients. This role entails providing technical support, performing system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable ICT solutions.
- Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to deliver reliable and secure ICT solutions.
- Strong experience in System Administration and ensuring consistent system performance and maintenance.
- Technical Support expertise, alongside advanced Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve IT issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools used for systems monitoring and diagnostics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in cloud-based platforms and virtualization technologies is highly desirable.
