As a Software Engineer in the IAM Customer Success Team, you will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the IAM technology experience to our customers, and enable them to use it for business success.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with extended teams, including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales, on product and customer-related activities.
- Deliver technical consultancy and training on WSO2 technologies and products for our customers.
- Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Java language or comparable programming languages.
- Experience in and knowledge of IAM is an added advantage.
- Familiarity and knowledge on containerized deployments and CI/CD technologies are an added advantage.
- Prior work experience in a similar capacity would be an added benefit, but not a prerequisite.
