We’re Hiring: Social Media Management Executive (Remote | Full-Time or Freelance)
Xcentric Interiors is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Management Executive to help grow our digital presence and generate qualified leads through strategic content and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine content, video, and advertising to build a strong brand presence and drive real business results.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage a structured content calendar for Facebook and Instagram
• Create engaging visual content, reels, and short-form posts related to interior design
• Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Develop and manage TikTok and YouTube Shorts channels for Xcentric Interiors
• Create short-form video content that highlights design projects, tips, and behind-the-scenes insights
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and lead generation
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow the brand’s reach and visibility
• Coordinate with the design team to capture project content and updates
What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing Facebook & Instagram business accounts
• Strong skills in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience running paid social media campaigns
• Good understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage content schedules remotely
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
