Key Responsibilities
- Practice best Quality Engineering guideline define by the Quality Engineering department
- Work with associate engineers to understand business requirement
- Work with Senior Engineers to understand the technical specification
- Participate requirement review session and log clarification
- Functional test case writing, execution & Defect management
- If automation, scripting, and trouble shooting
- Support Senior Engineers to identify non-functional requirement
- Participate in System Integration Testing
- UAT document preparation and UAT demo
- Follow Agile process
- On-time delivery
- Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 3+ year(s) experience
- 1+ year(s) experience in Software Quality Engineering
- Good understanding on basic Quality Assurance practice
- Knowledge in testing concept and model
- Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
- Hands on experience in test automation (Selenium)
- Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
