Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Support Assistant to join our team at our Colombo office. The IT Support Assistant will provide technical support, handle troubleshooting tasks, maintain computers and printers, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. Responsibilities also include assisting with hardware and software issues, maintaining IT equipment, and supporting end-users in resolving technical problems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology, including understanding IT infrastructure and systems management.
- Experience in Printer Support and Computer Maintenance to ensure the functionality of office equipment.
- Good communication skills to provide effective support to end-users and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Colombo, collaborating within a team environment.
- Familiarity with installing, configuring, and maintaining software and updates.
- Diploma or equivalent certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar IT support role is an advantage.
