Niflor builds AI-native enterprise systems designed for precision, reliability, and clarity.
Our interfaces are not decorative layers — they are operational surfaces for complex workflows. Every design decision must support usability, scalability, and system coherence.
We are hiring a UI/UX Engineer Intern to design structured, scalable interface systems for enterprise AI applications.
This role bridges product thinking and engineering execution. You will not only design screens — you will contribute to design systems, interaction frameworks, and component-level thinking that supports long-term scalability.
You will work closely with frontend engineers and backend teams to ensure that user experience aligns with system logic and performance constraints.
- Design responsive, production-ready user interfaces using Figma
- Build and maintain scalable design systems (tokens, spacing, typography, components)
- Translate product requirements into structured UX flows and interaction models
- Deliver component-ready specifications for frontend implementation
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate execution
- Improve usability through structured UX research and iterative refinement
- Maintain visual consistency and system-level coherence across the platform
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)
- Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design fundamentals
- Experience designing modern, responsive web interfaces
- Structured design thinking and system-level approach
- Ability to clearly document and communicate design decisions
- Comfort operating in a remote, high-accountability environment
- Exposure to React or modern frontend frameworks
- Understanding of component-based UI architecture
- Familiarity with design-to-code workflows
- Experience working with product or engineering teams
- Systems thinking in design — not isolated screen creation
- Clarity over visual noise
- Scalability over one-off solutions
- Ownership of deliverables
- Precision in communication and documentation
- Fully paid internship
- 6-month contract
- Fully remote
- High-performing interns may transition into long-term UI/UX or product engineering roles
