About the Role

Responsibilities
- Write and test software (including GUIs and possibly embedded systems)
- Participate in design, analysis, debugging, and verification testing
- Support certification and documentation efforts
- Assist in systems modeling and simulations
- Work with hardware engineers on software/hardware integration
- Provide application and technical support internally
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a 4-year degree in a related field (likely Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
Required Skills
- Technical
- Software development fundamentals (SDLC)
- GUI programming and possibly embedded systems
- Database and ERP familiarity
- MS Office proficiency
- Basic ISO / AS9100 awareness
- Lean / Six Sigma knowledge (a plus)
- Analytical
- Problem-solving in partially defined environments
- Mathematical foundations (probability, statistics, geometry, trigonometry)

- Strong written and verbal communication
