Quality Assurance (QA) Intern
• Role Overview:
QA interns focus on ensuring software quality through systematic testing. They identify defects, verify fixes, and help maintain high standards of reliability and performance in applications.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct manual and automated testing of applications.
o Prepare and maintain detailed test cases and defect reports.
o Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
o Verify that application meets functional and non-functional requirements.
o Track test execution and report results using test management tools.
o Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Tools & Technologies:
o Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, JUnit
o API Testing: Postman, SoapUI
o Performance Testing: JMeter
o Test Management: TestRail, Jira
o Version Control: Git/GitHub
• Learning Outcomes:
