Project Management (PM) Intern
• Role Overview:
Project Management interns support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. They assist in coordinating teams, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
o Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
o Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
o Support risk identification and help in resolving project issues.
o Maintain project documentation including requirements, schedules, and reports.
o Use project management tools to monitor tasks and team performance.
o Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Tools & Technologies:
o Documentation Tools: Google Docs, Microsoft Office
o Communication Tools: Microsoft Teams, Zoom
o Version Control (basic understanding): Git/GitHub
o Reporting Tools: Excel, Google Sheets
