The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This one year internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in managing real-world projects, working with cross-functional teams, and learning project execution methodologies. As a Project Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting project planning, execution, communication, and reporting.
Project Management Team
Our Project Management team plays a crucial role in turning ideas into reality. With a focus on planning, coordination, and execution, the team ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. They work closely with cross functional teams, manage resources efficiently, and adapt to challenges with a solution oriented mindset, driving success at every stage of the project lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the go to liaison between our talented project teams and global clients.
- Identify and help to overcome project challenges to ensure seamless project execution.
- Keep synergy high across departments and ensure alignment towards shared goals.
- Assist team leads in coordinating and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and tasks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
- Support internal communications and ensure team alignment on project goals.
- Help to identify project risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the use of Project Management tools.
- Support requirement gathering and feature prioritisation.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing with a degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with sharp attention to detail.
