About the Role
This internship is designed for anyone who is ready to make a significant impact from day one. You will join our core DevOps Team at Zuse Technologies, working closely with Software Engineers, QA, Operations Managers, and Data Scientists to deploy, secure, and scale our multi-cloud infrastructure and help launch our new ML Ops initiatives.

- OS: Linux & Windows Server.
- Cloud: AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, Lambda, RDS), Huawei Cloud, OVH, Digital Ocean, Proxmox.
- Containers & CI/CD: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, ArgoCD (GitOps), GitHub Actions.
- Automation & Monitoring: Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus.
- Security & Data: Keycloak, Azure AD, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas.
- AI & ML Ops: Early-stage ML pipelines, AI model deployment support.
Job Responsibilities
- Automate Everything: Write robust Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to provision our cloud and dedicated servers.
- Deploy & Scale: Support CI/CD pipelines and manage complex application lifecycles using GitOps.
- Lock it Down: Configure AWS security, manage our proprietary in-house VPN, and drive our Zero Trust rollout.
- Pioneer ML Ops: Bridge the gap with our Data Scientists to build out our ML Ops pipelines and securely deploy AI models.
- Monitor & Troubleshoot: Keep a pulse on system health using Prometheus and Grafana. Dive into K8s cluster issues and optimize database queries.
- Collaborate: Bridge the gap between dev, testing, ops, and data teams to automate workflows across the board.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on familiarity with AWS services and cloud networking principles.
- Solid scripting skills (Rust , Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go).
- Real experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- A strict security-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex cloud environments.
- Foundational knowledge of ML Ops, AI tools, or deploying machine learning models
