Role Description
Inter - Cyber Security professionals protect interconnected systems across organizations by monitoring networks, detecting threats, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance. They collaborate across departments to safeguard data, prevent cyberattacks, and implement security protocols in dynamic,
multi-organizational digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor network activity and identify potential threats across shared infrastructure.
● Assist in managing cybersecurity incidents and documenting response protocols.
● Support vulnerability assessments and threat intelligence gathering.
● Ensure adherence to security best practices across cross-functional environments.
● Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain security configurations.
● Help develop and refine security awareness initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
An ideal cybersecurity intern is a graduate or undergraduate student with knowledge of security principles, networking, and scripting (Python/Bash), familiar with tools like Nmap and Wireshark, and passionate about learning.
