The Role

Our client is hiring an IT Executive to provide technology support to their staff working on the night shift, from 1900 hrs to 0400 hrs.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in providing IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
  • Basic understanding of CCTV systems, network cabling, and access control setups


Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of networking principles and TCP/IP configuration.
  • Basic knowledge of firewall operations and IT security fundamentals.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting IP-based printers and access control devices.
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi controllers and wireless network management.


Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma / NVQ or relevant qualification in Information Technology or related field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and business applications.
  • Monitor and manage LAN and Wi-Fi networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day IT incidents efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and technical support.
  • Assist internal staff with IT-related requests and provide timely technical guidance.
  • Work independently and responsibly during night hours.
