The Role
Our client is hiring an IT Executive to provide technology support to their staff working on the night shift, from 1900 hrs to 0400 hrs.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 Year experience in providing IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems, network cabling, and access control setups
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of networking principles and TCP/IP configuration.
- Basic knowledge of firewall operations and IT security fundamentals.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting IP-based printers and access control devices.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi controllers and wireless network management.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma / NVQ or relevant qualification in Information Technology or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and business applications.
- Monitor and manage LAN and Wi-Fi networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day IT incidents efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and technical support.
- Assist internal staff with IT-related requests and provide timely technical guidance.
- Work independently and responsibly during night hours.
