Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajagiriya for an Information Technology Executive. The role involves managing and maintaining IT operations, providing technical support, overseeing network administration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems, resolving technical challenges, and supporting the organization’s overall technological operations.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Network Administration to maintain secure and reliable network operations.
- Experience in Information Technology and IT Operations to monitor system performance and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience working with IT infrastructure supporting operational or transportation-based services is an advantage.
