Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajagiriya for an HR Assistant/Trainee HR professional. The key responsibilities include assisting in daily HR activities such as recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting HR department initiatives and providing support for training and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management principles
- Min 6 months experience or familiarity with Human Resources feild
- Ability to work at Echem Head Office in Rajagiriya
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Following or completed degree or diploma in Human Resources
- Salary between Rs. 30k - 45K based on the experience, and skills
