Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare data from various sources for analysis and reporting.
- Engage with Care Organizations to ensure efficient data collection and updates.
- Validate data accuracy and identify records that require updates.
- Collaborate with a data cleansing team to define and implement data cleansing requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve data collection processes to enhance efficiency.
- Continuously update data while adhering to service level agreements.
- Assist in software configuration pre and post-implementation to meet organizational needs.
- 2+ years of experience in technology support, particularly in pre and post-implementation activities.
- Strong background in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation with attention to detail.
- High level of proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a client-focused approach.
- Experience in the provider network side of healthcare.
- Familiarity with cross-matrixed organizational structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong consumer-facing skill sets.
