Cloud Integration Engineer is a key role within the Intersec Professional Services team. This is a customer-facing role and the engineer works closely with our customers as well as Intersec R&D. The Cloud Integration Engineer ensures reliable and client-aligned deployment and integration of Intersec products with customer systems. By leveraging GitOps and automation, you drive efficiency and quality in every deployment phases in the whole customer project lifecycle from the Planning to the Go-Live. You also take part in the optimization of the internal processes enhancing overall quality and time-to-delivery.
We are looking for strong Automated deployment experience (git/gitlab, CI/CD, Helm) in Kubernetes ecosystem, advance Linux knowledge in the context of Telco integration, IP networks expertise,. Know-how of geolocation call flows will be an advantage.
Apart from integration expérience, we are looking for individual who is used to testing distributed applications right from writing installation/debugging scripts, to analyzing a whole production system (logs, databases, network connections etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, integration and testing of solutions across the different customers environments (from lab to production)
• Creating project-specific documents (test cases, user's guide, requirements documents) and MOPs
• Create and maintain internal tools to automate common tasks
• Solution Maintenance
• Customer support during the validation phase and support during normal daily usage
• Prepare and upgrade the solution when a new version is to be deployed
• Provide training to customer on usage of products and new features
Profile (skills)
Working experience with Telecom providers or suppliers.
Technical skills
• Solid experience in deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes using a GitOps approach to automate and secure deployments.
• Very good knowledge of Linux operations and administration
• Very good knowledge and experience of Shell/Python Scripting for Linux
• Knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD (daily usage)
• Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana
• Knowledge of networking and Telco protocols
• Knowledge of Hypervisor
• Knowledge of Ansible
• Analytic/ Troubleshooting competences
• Test Automation expertise an asset.
