Job Description
- Clearly articulate and document business requirements and communicate to the solution teams
- Engage in designing the solution along with the solutioning team
- Engage in testing and certification of the solution
- Proactively resolve open issues and work with the delivery teams to address key defects
- Work with customers to understand their requirements
- Manage ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction
- Engage in all activities during the pre-sales stage
- Conduct solution training and customer walk through
- Understand the Business Analysis Framework at MillenniumIT ESP
- Provide support to the internal initiatives which maybe beyond the scope of responsibilities, in order to achieve common organizational goals
- Undertake any other tasks requested by the Line Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Information Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in written and spoken English
- Ability to interface with customers and act as a single point of contact for requirements
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly acquire domain and technical knowledge
- Passion for innovative solution design with the ability to anticipate business trends
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking domain or with exposure to Core Banking Systems, will be an added advantage.
