Responsibilities
These are the responsibilities that we expect you to handle
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements.
- Create detailed documentation, including process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process and assist in project rollouts.
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.
Requirements
These are the requirements that we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
