We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, working to improve business processes, gather and document requirements, and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for new initiatives or changes.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and proposals.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
