Associate Systems Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Associate Systems Engineer – Cybersecurity to join our Managed Security Services team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to gain hands‑on experience supporting multiple customer environments through continuous monitoring, incident response, and operational security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support managed cybersecurity service deployments, configurations, and ongoing operations
• Assist with endpoint security, EDR/XDR monitoring, alert analysis, and incident handling in a managed services environment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide operational support to meet SLA and service standards
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance summaries for managed customers
• Continuously learn and apply cybersecurity best practices across multiple client environments

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field
• Basic understanding of endpoint security, malware, and core cybersecurity concepts
• Strong interest in EDR, XDR, and DLP technologies, especially within a managed services model
• Willingness to learn, document work, and follow structured training and operational processes
• Good communication skills with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset
