We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer who is eager to build strong technical foundations while contributing to real-world software development projects. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product development, and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior engineers
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and performance
- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues across applications and services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
- Support the development and maintenance of APIs, backend services, or front-end components depending on project needs
- Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and workflows
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems (Git preferred)
- Understanding of basic database concepts (SQL or NoSQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in software development or related projects
- Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, or cloud platforms
- Exposure to frameworks, development tools, or DevOps practices
- Experience working on academic or personal coding projects
