Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software project management.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Technical background or knowledge of software development processes is a plus.
PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is an added advantage.
