What You'll Own
- Deliver measurable outcomes by analysing data and creating reports that inform business decisions and demonstrate the value of AI solutions.
- Take ownership of AI prompt and agent lifecycle management: create, update, validate, and deploy prompt solutions using no-code platforms to achieve defined business objectives.
- Lead the capturing and refinement of requirements for new and ongoing AI product initiatives, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Service Owners, and Delivery Managers.
- Actively participate in programme ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and refinement sessions), supporting best-in-class product management practices.
- Foster collaboration in a cross-functional, innovative team environment to accelerate AI adoption and capability building.
About You
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through two to four years of experience in business analysis, AI, or data-driven product environments. Whether it’s collaborating across teams or raising the performance bar, you thrive in fast-paced, innovative settings. You are adept at translating business requirements into actionable AI solutions, and you operate with curiosity, agility, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience (2–4 years) in product development, AI, or data analytics roles.
- Proficiency with no-code automation/AI platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive in adopting new technologies and methodologies.
