We’re looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys turning data, ideas, and business needs into clear, actionable insights. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your work directly influences product and business decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Gather and document requirements for new features, products, and internal tools.
- Analyze product, customer, and operational data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Build dashboards, reports, and simple models to support data-driven decisions.
- Help improve and optimize business processes and workflows.
- Support product development by defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate complex data and requirements into clear insights and documentation for the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Figma/XD, Excel / Google Sheets, and ideally SQL or BI tools.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience working on applications used by millions of users.
- Experience in the OTT (streaming) industry or education technology space.
- Familiarity with Agile or modern product development.
- Experience working with product analytics or customer data.
