Your Team Responsibilities


The Workplace Technology (WPT) Team Is Focused On Building Intelligent And Automated Solutions That Enhance Employee Productivity, Streamline IT Processes, And Improve Digital Workplace Experiences. As An AI Engineer In This Team, You Will

  • Design and build scalable AI-driven solutions to address diverse workplace technology challenges.
  • Create automations using agentic workflows to enable systems that can reason, act, and coordinate across multiple tools and processes.
  • Integrate and adopt to new technologies/platforms to deliver next-generation digital workplace capabilities.
  • Ensure the solutions are secure, reliable, and efficient, supporting the growth and transformation of workplace technology services.

Your Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Solution Development

  • Develop AI/ML solutions that solve complex business and workplace challenges.
  • Design, train, and validate machine learning models tailored to WPT use cases (e.g., IT service automation, anomaly detection, knowledge management).
  • Use generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to enhance automation, virtual assistants, and self-service solutions.
  • Build scalable and cost-effective solutions capable of handling enterprise workloads.

Automation & Quality Enhancements

  • Design workflows where AI agents can reason over tasks, call APIs, and coordinate across IT systems to resolve incidents end-to-end.
  • Create AI and data driven solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in workplace processes.
  • Develop automated workflows for ITSM and service desk scenarios, reducing manual interventions.
  • Implement anomaly detection and monitoring to proactively identify issues in workplace systems.
  • Continuously improve models and automation workflows based on feedback and new insights.

Technology & Platform Integration

  • Experience embedding AI-driven automation into ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Nexthink) to reduce manual interventions and improve employee experience.
  • Ability to design agent workflows that interface with enterprise systems and workplace apps.
  • Explore and adopt emerging technologies relevant to workplace automation and digital employee experience.

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Gemini) for enterprise IT automation.
  • Ability to integrate PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras models into production systems with monitoring and performance optimization

Programming & Development

  • Python: Demonstrate ability to build and deploy production-grade Python applications with proficiency in model development, data manipulation, and automation using libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and PyTorch

Data Engineering & Cloud Solutions

  • Hands-on experience deploying AI workloads on Azure ML or GCP Vertex AI, including containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and monitoring
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, warehousing, and cloud storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Workplace Technology & ITSM

  • Exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, Nexthink and workplace automation use cases.
  • Familiarity with digital workplace solutions, ticketing systems, and service desk automation.

Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have)

  • Experience in .NET development for building and integrating workplace applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and database optimization.
  • Hands-on exposure to ITSM workflows and process automation in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
