Web Development

• Develop fully device-responsive websites using WordPress, including configuration and customization of WordPress core, themes, and plugins, and integration with third-party tools.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team and designers to create web pages with strong UX/UI and high conversion rates.
• Optimize websites for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Manage in-house and customer web projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress plugins, themes, and industry trends.
  
  

Multimedia / Creative Design

• Create and edit videos for websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Design and edit visual assets such as banners, posters, thumbnails, and social media creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Optimize creative content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in WordPress development and multimedia content creation.
• Diploma or Degree in Web Development, IT, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and basic customization.
• Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO concepts and website performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• A portfolio showcasing websites, videos, or design work will be an added advantage.
