🔎 What You’ll Be Doing

🤖 AI/ML & GenAI Development

• Architect and implement AI-powered automation modules and semantic search systems
• Build and deploy LLM-driven applications using LangChain, RAG, embeddings, and advanced retrieval techniques
• Enhance AI workflows using LangGraph, Haystack, and Vector Databases
• Optimize AI-powered search using HyDE, MMR, and LLM reranking strategies

💻 Fullstack & Platform Engineering

• Design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures
• Develop high-performance backend systems using Python, Java, Node.js, Spring Boot
• Build AI-integrated frontend dashboards using React.js, Angular, TypeScript
• Develop real-time APIs using REST/WebSockets

⚙️ DevOps & AI Deployment

• Deploy and monitor AI models on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment strategies
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization

👥 Leadership & Innovation

• Lead and mentor AI engineers and fullstack developers
• Establish best practices in software architecture, AI deployment, and DevOps
• Drive innovation in AI-based workflow automation

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and fullstack development
• Strong expertise in GenAI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Haystack, LangGraph
• Strong understanding of NLP, semantic search, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j)
• Experience with Speech-to-Text technologies (Whisper, Google TTS)
• Solid backend development experience (Python, Java, Node.js)
• Frontend expertise in React.js / Angular
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD
