Software Engineer

TIQRI is looking for skilled Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers on 1-year contracts to support data migration and stabilization initiatives across enterprise financial platforms. This role involves analyzing legacy and CRM data structures, building ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting system transitions while maintaining performance and operational stability

.Required Skill

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing CRM and legacy data models and assist in designing target schemas aligned with enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure services for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Implement incremental data sync and change tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate system transitions.
• Support data migration execution, validation, reconciliation, and post-migration stabilisation activities.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout migration processes.
• Assist reporting and analytics teams by preparing structured and reliable data sets.
• Integrate enterprise systems with downstream platforms through APIs and event-based workflows.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting across data pipelines and databases.
• Follow best practices in version control, documentation, and deployment workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6+ years (Software Engineer) or 5–8+ years (Senior Software Engineer) in database development, data engineering, or data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts — ERDs, relationships, indexes, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Advanced SQL skills with strong query optimization and performance tuning knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS — data flows, packages, scheduling, and source-to-target mappings.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, TXT, Parquet, and relational tables.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts — dimensions, facts, metadata, and change data capture.
• Experience with Azure services such as Data Lake, Function Apps, Logic Apps, datasets, containers, and event-based integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs and basic scripting for automation and data processing.
• Experience using version control systems such as GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work collaboratively within technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to enterprise CRM or ERP ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics environments.
• Exposure to financial or enterprise data environments requiring high data accuracy.
