We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance excellence across our products. This role is ideal for a strategic quality leader with deep testing expertise, strong technical acumen, and proven experience leading QA teams.

- Lead and mentor the QA team, defining QA strategy and best practices across web & mobile platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation strategies.
- Manage end‑to‑end QA lifecycle: planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high‑quality releases.
- Track key quality metrics and report on quality status to stakeholders.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- 5+ years’ experience in software QA with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and SDLC.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and enforce quality standards.
- Hands‑on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, QMetry, Zephyr).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Certifications: ISTQB Advanced / Test Manager, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), ScrumMaster (CSM), Automation Testing certifications
- Tools & Frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, QMetry, Zephyr, Jira
- Other: CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI), Cloud & DevOps integration
