About the Role
The QA Engineer ensures the reliability and quality of software through systematic testing and analysis. This role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring that products meet defined standards before release.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios (manual and automated).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve quality.
- Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing.
- Contribute to process improvements for continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automated testing tools is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
