Role - Quality Analyst Intern

TalentGum is a leading e-learning platform that offers expert-curated live online courses in dance, music, art, public speaking, chess, and more. We aim to transform extracurricular learning through engaging classes delivered by skilled instructors. Role Overview The Quality Analyst (QA) – Class Monitoring is responsible for evaluating the quality of live classes conducted on the TalentGum platform. The role ensures teaching standards, student engagement, and class delivery align with TalentGum’s guidelines and expectations. The QA will monitor classes, identify gaps, provide insights, and support continuous improvement of the teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live classes to assess instructor performance, student engagement, and adherence to TalentGum’s teaching standards.
- Review recorded sessions to ensure quality benchmarks are met.
- Evaluate class flow, teaching methodology, communication skills, and learner interaction.
- Identify gaps or deviations and share constructive feedback with instructors and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed quality audit reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Training teams for instructor development.
- Highlight recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure classes meet compliance, punctuality, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in calibration sessions to maintain scoring accuracy and consistency.
- Track quality trends and contribute to SOP improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Analysis, preferably in EdTech or live-class monitoring roles. Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Good understanding of online learning dynamics.
- Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and QA reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience evaluating teachers, trainers, or customer-facing professionals.
- Prior exposure to extracurricular education (music, dance, art, public speaking, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of quality frameworks and audit methodologies.
