- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and timely resolution of issues, risks or dependencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking in work-management tools
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations that provide clear visibility into team progress, blockers, and workload
- Proactively follow up with teams to gather status updates and flag potential issues early
- Compile regular reports and summaries so leadership can quickly understand what's happening across teams
- Help standardize how we track and report on engineering work
- Document processes and keep our project tracking tools organized and up to date
- Recently completed a degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, or similar)
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and creating basic visualisations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear communicator who can follow up and keep things moving
- Proactive mindset - you notice when something's off and raise it rather than waiting to be asked
