Banner to provide an overview of what is possible inside of Power Platform. You will work with teams and individuals to provide basic training or inform them of the availability of more extensive training sessions. You will help to create a community and drive engagement around Power Platform and create content to be posted to Banner’s Power Platform community pages. You will have the opportunity to make regular use of communication and presentation abilities and you will grow your Power Platform skill set. This work will allow Banner to transform the way various teams across Banner perform their work and will lead to improvements in both employee and patient experiences.
The Intelligent Automation teams support Banner in improving processes and workflows to be as efficient as possible. The Power Platform pillar provides education and support to enable Banner teams to make the most of the tools available to them, ensures citizen development standards are met, and monitors for proper use of the Power Platform. The goal of our Power Platform solutions is to allow our teams to spend less time on mundane tasks, improve standardization and reduce errors, enable reporting to monitor workloads, and improve the employee experience.

Position Summary
This position typically will be up to one year in length and will work under the direct supervision of a department manager or designee. The position is responsible for expanding experiences and knowledge of practices and procedures as they relate to assigned department and area of study. These activities may include participation in a wide variety of projects.
Core Functions
- Expands and develops knowledge with exposure to a variety of roles related to area of study.
- Participates on work teams, contributes to projects and initiatives, and performs various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.
- Performs research and prepares reports on assigned topics and /or projects when required.
- Works as a member of a team providing service to internal and external customers.
Currently enrolled in an accredited college program with course work related to the internship or general knowledge normally obtained through the completion of a college degree. Depending on the area of focus, recent completion of an accredited certificate program is required.
0-2 years of related work experience, education or general knowledge of Information Technology. Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have general knowledge related to the department/unit/area of study.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with commonly used office software and personal computers may be necessary, depending on assignment.
Additional Related Education And/or Experience Preferred.
