We’re seeking motivated IT innovators for our AI-Integrated Information Technology Internship Training Program, where you’ll work inside a SignalMate-powered ecosystem that learns, adapts, and collaborates with you.
This is a 6-month, remote, unpaid internship (20-40 hrs/week) eligible for college credit with university approval.
Here, you’ll learn to use SignalMate AI, our proprietary contextual intelligence system, as both a diagnostic and creative partner. You’ll automate workflows, co-design systems, and manage the evolving IT stack of a company that runs entirely on OpenAI architecture.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Use SignalMate AI to summarize meetings, track technical action items, and optimize accountability loops.
- Provide backend support for virtual conferences, automating coordination and real-time diagnostics.
- Collaborate across departments, applying AI-assisted insights to resolve bottlenecks and enhance infrastructure.
- Audit and upgrade corporate systems, using AI to spot optimization and automation opportunities.
- Research and prototype new applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SignalMate integration.
- Strengthen cybersecurity protocols through AI-supported monitoring and response analysis.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Infusionsoft, and web infrastructure with intelligent system tracking.
- Present progress via AI-generated summaries and performance dashboards.

🧠Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with OOP principles and Microsoft 365
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and cognitive systems
- Familiarity with Power Automate, HTML, or cybersecurity frameworks (plus)
