Position: Human Resources (HR) Intern (Paid)

Position Overview
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our management and operations teams across Sweden and Sri Lanka to support recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and internal coordination.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in international HR operations within a fast-growing technology company.
You will gain exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding processes, HR documentation, employee communication, and workplace culture development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee and ERP records and HR documentation
- Assist in preparing contracts, internship letters, and HR-related documents
- Coordinate internal meetings, team activities, and engagement initiatives
- Support performance review tracking and HR reporting
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English with confidence in professional communication
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment or HR tools is an advantage
