Ensemble is seeking a motivated and passionate cybersecurity intern to join our dynamic team, focusing on cybersecurity in the healthcare field. This internship offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in protecting healthcare data and systems, working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong desire to contribute to safeguarding patient protected health information.
The summer internship would be a 10 week program starting June 1st and ending August 7th.

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPPA)
- Monitor security systems and respond promptly to security incidents
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats and technologies
- Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to enhance overall cybersecurity posture
- All interns will be involved in events throughout the program such as social events, lunch and learn meetings, volunteer events and program kick-off to meet each other and program leaders.
- Present enrollment in accredited bachelor’s or master's degree program
- May/Jun 2025, Dec 2025 or May/Jun 2026 bachelor’s or master’s degree candidates in computer science or related fields
- Minimum GPA: Overall - 3.0; In major - 3.2
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Science, Engineering, or similar degree.
- An interest in working with a variety of technologies, within the Microsoft Azure environment.
- Strong technical skills
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities along with a “can-do” attitude

- This position pays $25/hr.
