Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client communication, sales outreach, and business growth.

The intern will be responsible for cold calling local and international clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the team with market insights. You’ll also assist in preparing documentation such as proposals, reports, and client communication materials. This internship provides hands-on experience working with a global client base and contributing to real business development strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to local and global clients to generate leads and initiate conversations.
  • Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documentation, including Excel sheets, Word documents, reports, and proposals.
  • Support the sales team in managing pipelines and nurturing potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead data.
  • Collaborate with the team in planning and executing business development strategies.


Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, and understanding) — must have.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Experience or interest in lead generation, sales calls, and business outreach.
  • Proficiency in documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build client relationships.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.


Additional Preferred Skills

  • Confidence in phone communication and objection handling.
  • Basic understanding of digital products (websites, apps, UI/UX).
  • Ability to work with CRM tools.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
