Job Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting software applications under the guidance of senior team members
- Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Monitor applications and report errors or performance issues
- Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documents and user guides
- Support testing, data validation, and data-related tasks when required
- Communicate with internal teams to understand and resolve reported issues
- Perform other application support tasks as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to understand and run simple database queries
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
