Intern Application Support

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting software applications under the guidance of senior team members
• Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
• Monitor applications and report errors or performance issues
• Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documents and user guides
• Support testing, data validation, and data-related tasks when required
• Communicate with internal teams to understand and resolve reported issues
• Perform other application support tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to understand and run simple database queries
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
