About the role
We are hiring AI Builders. If you actively build LLM apps, ship RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, or prototype agents in your own time, we want to meet you. This is not a “learn from scratch” internship. You will contribute to production-grade AI systems from day one.
Who this is for
We are looking for strong, hands-on candidates from Sri Lanka’s leading technical universities who have moved beyond theory and have real projects to show.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven Build History: A GitHub portfolio or live demo showcasing at least two functional AI projects (e.g., LLM-based apps, computer vision tools, or predictive models).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Python skills and experience with modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain/LangGraph).
- Engineering Mindset: Knowledge of Git, APIs, and basic containerization (Docker).
- Active Participation: Involvement in the local AI community or success in national hackathons.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI models for real-world applications.
- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing software products via APIs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy and monitor AI agents.
