Role
Managing Hybrid IT infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring cybersecurity, deploying systems, strategic planning, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Install, Manage, Maintain and update servers, workstations, laptops, and network equipment.
- Technical Support: Provide Second-level troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues for Customers, employees and departments.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and manage security protocols, including two-factor authentication, firewalls, to protect against breaches.
- System Administration : Manage and maintain Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 of Customers and Employees.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, service repairs, and technological upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 02 Years as an IT Officer or Executive with similar responsibilities.
- Expertise in network administration (LAN/WAN/Wireless), cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and system administration (Active Directory, database management) Including Windows and Linux OS.
- Understanding on Firewalls, Cybersecurity tools such as EDR XDR.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
